On 20 and 21 July, HVAC experts will convene virtually online and in Brisbane for the Australasian Building Simulation Conference. The conference is jointly hosted by AIRAH and the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) Australasia. The event aims to “educate, share, and build the knowledge of our industry on how simulation contributes to carbon- and climate-responsive outcomes both at a building and precinct scale”.
Exemplary Energy has prepared three papers for presentation at the event: “Disaggregation of precipitation data applicable for climate-aware planning in built environments” and “Improved real-time year weather data services with Bureau of Meteorology data” have been accepted into the program, while a third titled “Extreme climate data files for design resilience” is still with reviewers for final consideration.
It is a rare opportunity to meet in person with our customers and colleagues from across the industry during this COVID-era. We will be in Brisbane in person and we look forward to seeing many of our readers there.
