For the Community Energy for Goulburn (CE4G) the investment cut off date has been extended to Sunday 30 October. While the CE4G team have now raised an additional $370k from investors to finance the extra battery capacity, they still need a further $230k to meet their target. It’s been an amazing effort to raise over $2.3M already from local investors and now have approval from Goulburn Council to proceed with the project. This says a lot about the Goulburn community’s commitment to climate action. Also, prominent renewable energy advocate/author Saul Griffith will be addressing their AGM on 17 November.
For the Orange Community Renewable Energy Park (OCREP) the investment cut off date has been extended to Sunday 30 October.
